My kids are currently in four different sports at the exact same time. Every single day at 3:30 PM, I officially clock out of my CEO era and clock in for my “second shift” as a full-time carpool driver and the loudest mom at the rink or the field 🏒

I love this season of life, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything (even though I am secretly counting down the days until 2036 when everyone can drive themselves 😅).

I am so incredibly humbled and excited to share that I have been selected for the Social Impact Award for our work with non for profits.

If you know me, you know I am competitive and I love to win. But true winning is never just about hitting revenue goals or looking at the metrics.

At the end of the day, the metrics I am most proud of have nothing to do with open rates or click rates (even though those are pretty good).

Through my NAVA agency, we have helped countless shelter dogs get adopted, raised vital funds to send kids to afterschool programs and summer camps, and supported a local ministry that provides food and clothing to families in need.

It is about the actual impact we are making in the real world.

Helping non for profit organizations build their email lists and own their audience means they get to spend less time fighting social media algorithms and more time doing the work that truly changes our communities.
